Issues in Commercial and Complex Litigation

Share

Commercial litigation typically involves two or more companies who are in a disagreement regarding property or money. Common commercial litigation lawsuits involve issues such as misuse of intellectual property, antitrust violations, securities law violations or deceptive trade practices. Complex litigation, on the other hand, does not have such well-defined characteristics, but generally refers to cases which involve multiple parties, large amounts of documents, or the need for the use of technologically sophisticated courtroom persuasion techniques.
